Normally I don’t slip in an extra post.  If I have a moment of inspiration between posts I write it and calendar it up in the next available slot.

But today I want to share one of the best posts I’ve read about what happens next after yesterday’s election.  I think it is valuable for all of us  in the United States to think about, no matter who you voted for.*  The fact that the author is my sister is beside the point.**  She grew up to be one of the wisest people I know–a quality that is much rarer than intelligence.
